At present we operate three refrigerated vehicles all capable of carrying fresh and frozen product: two 40-ton articulated fridges and one 27-ton fridge van. The raw product is collected from ports all around Scotland, as far north as Wick. In the summer months large quantities of scallops are transported from as far south as Plymouth and Newlyn. Our own transport is also used for distribution. Product is also delivered to Glasgow depots for onward shipping to Europe.
